Stuart Cook

Stuart started his entrepreneurial journey at Zambrero, the Australia based food franchise, where he was the CEO from 2009 to 2015. In that time he was part of the leadership team that grew Zambrero from 3 to 93 locations. Stuart was CEO Magazine's Young Executive of the Year in 2013. Since leaving Zambrero, Stuart has invested in 30+ start ups and has worked as an advisor, board member or mentor to many more including his first investment being into The Entourage.
