Rapid Profit Builder kicks off with a 1-hour briefing call between you and our resident sales process integrator. The purpose of this call is for our team to deep dive into who your consumer is, how they currently find you, and what sales process (however intuitive it may be) you currently use. This helps us understand where the uplift in conversions is going to come from..


A 4-four, intensive face-to-face workshop with our team and your top one or two sales performers. In this workshop we will start to write your end-to-end sales process with your input. This is the perfect marriage between your understanding of your business, and our expertise in developing your world-class sales process.


The Entourage team gets to work implementing everything that was covered in the workshop. There’s no need for you to do anything at this stage, we’ll do the heavy lifting refining your sales process, developing your scripts and packaging everything up into a deliverable format.The end result is that you have your final, customised and codified “Your Company Way of Selling”


We will run a further 2-hour workshop with you and your entire sales team, taking you through the sales process, scripts and other documents to ensure everyone is on the same page and ready to implement.


4 weeks after the implementation workshop, We will conduct a post-implementation review and feedback session with you and your sales leaders to ensure all the resources have been adopted and that your team is achieving an uplift in sales conversions.
