In February 2006, Michael founded Quantum United Management with a passion for creating vibrant and connected residential communities that people are proud to call home.

After 13 years in business, Michael felt lost within himself and the business. He desperately needed structure and frameworks to take the business to the next level.

With a passion for creating vibrant and connected residential communities, Michael started Quantum United Management in February of 2006. 13 years later, with no frameworks around the business strategy, he didn’t have a clear plan for his business or an idea of what to do next.
