With a passion for creating vibrant and connected residential communities, Michael started Quantum United Management in February of 2006. 13 years later, with no frameworks around the business strategy, he didn’t have a clear plan for his business or an idea of what to do next.
I was essentially lost with where I was going with the business.
This all changed when Michael decided to join The Entourage’s Elevate program.
Michael’s most significant breakthrough came quickly in his Entourage journey with the realisation that what he most needed to work on was himself.
It turned out that personal development is where I needed some work.
Leaning into the program, workshops, Vision Partners and his business coach, Michael now feels that he has gained the self-awareness required to be the leader his business and team needed him to be.
With new company values, frameworks and strategies for growth in place, Michael now has complete clarity on what is needed to take Quantum United Management to the next level and has the confidence that he is the man for the job.
