How is the leadership training provided?

That's why when you join The Entourage’s Elevate or Accelerate programs, you’ll gain access to a range of industry leaders and business coaches in our community who will guide in a 12-month roadmap to not just becoming a well-rounded leader yourself, but also building and scaling a sustainable and successful business.

Do you provide leadership training all throughout Australia?

We understand that business owners are often time-poor. That's why we offer our leadership coaching and training to all of our members remotely, if they choose to do it online. While our office is based in Sydney and we welcome all Members in when they are in Sydney, if you're based in Adelaide, we'll be able to help too. The Entourage's mission is to help business owners anywhere get the knowledge and tools they need to make their mark on the world.

Will the leadership training be specific to my business?

By working with our team of coaches, you'll be able to share your specific leadership and people challenges and get a tailored 12-month roadmap to success. However, as we have found that all businesses end up facing many of the same problems, our Member workshops are able to easily address and seem ‘tailored’ for many of the top leadership and business challenges our members face.
