From Booming To (Almost) Bust
Kate Prior started her boutique recruitment agency, face2face Recruitment, in 2005, and for a number of years experienced strong growth. She established the business as a premium destination for recruitment needs in Canberra.
However, the future growth and even existence of the business was seriously threatened in 2011 by a series of events - including Federal and State elections, and the GFC. Kate didn’t know how she’d be able to keep her business going. In fact, she had to meet with her financial planner every day to see if the business could keep operating.
Time To Level Up
In 2017, Kate met with The Entourage to see if we could help her elevate herself and her business back to where it had been prior to the series of setbacks and challenges of 2011. She joined Elevate, our elite business coaching program exclusively for 7 and 8-figure business owners.
Kate’s primary goal was to increase the profit of the business from $100,000 to $500,000 within 12 months. In just 6 months, Kate’s annual profit increased from $100,000 to $600,000 - well exceeding the goal she set for herself when she first joined Elevate. The growth of the business also meant that she could grow her team - from 11 people to 22 - which meant that Kate was less operationally involved in the business, and could focus on bigger picture strategies. In fact, Kate had to rewrite every process in her business because the growth was just so monumental.
