She has also co-founded her own business, serves as an equity investor to small to medium sized businesses, and leads a not-for-profit organisation aiding maternity hospitals in Ukraine.

Iwona, a results-driven and commercially savvy entrepreneur and executive leader, brings 25 years of diverse industry experience, spanning tech, health, retail, construction, hospitality, and corporate events. Her own entrepreneurial journey began at 25 when she founded and sold two SMEs, setting the stage for a remarkable international career in executive leadership and senior management roles. Will the coaching & training be specific to my business?
