Who are these business coaching sessions for?

Our free business coaching sessions are tailored to business owners doing 6-figures in annualised revenue and beyond, who would like to unlock the strategies and frameworks required to build a scalable, self-managing and profitable business.

Who will I be speaking to in my business coaching session?

You will be speaking with one of our experienced Entrepreneur Development Managers. Since 2010, our Entrepreneur Development Managers have helped thousands of business owners take the next step in their business growth journey.

What can I expect to get out of my business coaching session?

In this 30-minute call, we will start by learning a bit more about you, your business, the current business challenges you are facing and your vision for the future. We will then outline the opportunities for growth and the next steps you can take towards building the business of your dreams.

Do I have to pay for my business coaching session?

Absolutely not! As a part of the Empiraa community, we are offering you these as free, no-obligation coaching sessions.

I am not a business owner yet, can I still book a business coaching session?

Not yet! Our business coaching sessions are suited for existing business owners. But don’t worry, we have plenty of resources that will help you get your business off the ground. Check out our Resource Centre to find short courses, templates and e-books that will assist you to build and grow your business.

What do I do if I can no longer attend my business coaching session?

We understand that business owners are busy, but your business will never outpace your own growth. Particularly at the 6, 7 and 8-figure level, if you’re still the one “doing everything,” stuck in the day-to-day with your hands on the tools, then that habitual behaviour will only ever hinder the growth of your business. At this stage “doing more” isn’t the answer for you. It’s not sustainable.

The Entourage will help you get your life back, and take you out of the day-to-day of your business so you have time to work on it, not in it. These business coaching sessions will be the first step in your journey to elevate up and out of your current reality, so do everything you can to attend and fully commit to the session.

However, if something comes up and you can’t attend, reply to the email you’ll receive with the session details, and we will work with you to find a new time.

Are the business coaching sessions a video or phone call?

Generally our business coaching sessions are done over the phone, however, if you’d prefer to have yours on video call, let your Entrepreneur Development Manager know, and they can arrange this for you.
