When Francis started her business Athena Consulting in 2016, she was full of passion but played it safe. Her safe place was holding onto everything, and doing it all herself. Francis went from $1 million per year to $1 million per month, a record for the business. She also took her conversion rate from 44%-66%, increased the number of leads generated per month by 600% and grew the team from 3 to 15 people - one of which was an operations manager which allowed her to free up her time.

Now that Francis has a bigger team and strategies to scale the business - she is ready to take the business to new heights she never could have imagined. She is no longer buried in operations and can focus on driving the strategy and culture of the business.

I've levelled up since joining The Entourage. My energy and attention is now entirely focused on playing a bigger game, and working on my business rather than being stuck in it. I've stepped away from the day-to-day and service delivery altogether, and can now drive the strategy and culture.
