Brad Reeves is a mechatronic engineer turned property developer, real estate agency owner and AI builder. After 16 years leading engineering, EHS and IT teams at Tasmanian Alkaloids, he moved full time into his own businesses in 2023.

He is Managing Director of Brooklyn Bradley, a Tasmanian developer with 89 dwellings delivered or under construction across fourteen projects. He is also Principal of Harcourts Coastline, the largest real estate agency on the Northwest Coast of Tasmania, having tripled properties under management and doubled revenue in the past 3 years.

Brad leads an in-house AI development team that builds the software both businesses run on, including an AI employee, ‘Penny’, who is now being commercialised.
