## Frameworks make the dream work

With a passion for creating vibrant and connected residential communities, Michael started [Quantum United Management](https://www.quantumunited.com.au/) in February of 2006. 13 years later, with no frameworks around the business strategy, he didn’t have a clear plan for his business or an idea of what to do next.
